JAKE JAMAAL JCA++// (Jullyen El Jamaal x Von Herte Only One, by Von Herte
Katssuo) x WARM SUMMER NIGHT (The Heat Ison x Miss Wisdom by Wisdom)
Bred by Sharon Davis, Rusty Spur Arabians

RSA SIR WISDOM JAMAAL is an elegant 2007 bay stallion with correct legs, a
well-set neck, long, laid back shoulder and all the refinement you would expect from his breeding. His history stretches deep
into the early days of Arabian breeding: in tail female, he traces to the founding of the Crabbet Stud through the desert-bred
mare Basilisk and, in sire line, to the Egyptian stallion Saklawi I, both lines known for their classic type and beauty. With a
pedigree infused with prominent Polish, Egyptian, CMK, and Spanish lines known not just for beauty, but also performance and
versatility, it is not surprising that he exhibits all three in spades.
RSA SIR WISDOM JAMAAL carries himself with style and personality, showing off his unique sense of humor at every chance,
while remaining always the gentleman. He has been shown in halter, taking third place at his very first show, is trained in
Western Pleasure. He is an Arabian Breeders Sweepstakes Nominated Sire and is just beginning his breeding career, with two
foals on the ground: the striking chestnut colt RSA STETSON JAMAAL (x Victory So Sweet by Desperado V), who took a fifth
place ribbon in halter at his first show, the 2012 Tulsa State Fair; and a second foal for 2014. Both RSA SIR WIDOM JAMAAL
and RSA
STETSON JAMAAL have the eye-catching presence and fluid way of going to succeed in halter and performance and his latest
foal is sure to be just as impressive!
RSA SIR WISDOM JAMAAL is out of two-time Canadian National Top-10
Western Pleasure winner WARM SUMMER NIGHT (The Heat Ison x Miss Wisdom). In addition to her Canadian National titles,
she has won six class-A championships in Western Pleasure, including the title of Arabian Western Pleasure Junior Horse
Champion at the prestigious East Coast Championship in 2001, where she also took the Reserve Champion title in Arabian
Western Pleasure AO. WARM SUMMER NIGHT has one other son showing: the half-Arabian CHARLES COURT, who
embodies the performance potential of her lines, having taken a 2008 Region 7 Top-3 title in the HA/AA Working Cow Horse Jr
Horse Championship and Reserve Champion at the 2008 Saaha Silver Buckle Duel in the same division. In addition, her
daughter AFIRE NIGHT (originally TOSS THE BOUQUET, by Baske Afire) had a successful career as a broodmare, with five
foals on the ground, one being the well-traveled mare PSTRATEGA MVA (by Pstrategy), who took third in the Three-Year-Old
Fillies division at the 2012 Kuwait International Championship, B Show and Top-10 in AHBA Futurity Yearling Fillies ATH at the
2010 Arabian Breeders World Cup.
WARM SUMMER NIGHT’s sire is US and Canadian Top-10 Stallion THE HEAT ISON (Wisdom x Petraza), who has also been
shown successfully in EnglishPleasure and Park. His progeny are quite an accomplished bunch, with ten holding National
Champion or Reserve titles in North America. Altogether, they have won 11 National Championships, 19 Reserves and 69 Top-
10’s in Halter, English Pleasure, Driving, Hunter Pleasure, Western Pleasure, Dressage, Show Hack and Side Saddle, many of
these with youth or amateur riders aboard. Known mainly as a sire of half Arabians, his most accomplished daughter is
DREAME MAKER++//, who has placed in an impressive 24 National Championship classes in Country English Pleasure under
saddle and in harness. She is the 2010 US National Champion in HA/AA Country English Pleasure AAOTR 18-35, 2010 Youth
National Champion in HA/AA Country Pl Driving JT 17 & Under and, in 2008, took the US and Canadian National Champion
titles in HA/AA Country English Pl JO in the 14-17 and 17 & Under divisions, respectively.
Additionally, his son SHUCKIN N JIVIN++++/ and daughter UP UP AND
AWAY++++// have placed 15 and 11 times in national championships, respectively. In addition to WARM SUMMER NIGHT,
THE HEAT ISON has another National-winning purebred daughter: the accomplished dressage horse O OBSESSION, 2006 US
Sport Horse National Reserve Champion at First Level, Top-10 in the same division in 2004 and twice Top-10 at Second Level
in 2004 and 2006. O OBSESSION has also been shown in open shows, taking first place in her First Level division at Dressage
at White Birch in 2004.
WARM SUMMER NIGHT’S dam, MISS WISDOM (Wisdom x Bay-Feliciti),
was shown extensively in saddle-seat and driving and, in 1987, received two Regional Champion titles in Informal Combination
and another in English Pleasure. Her offspring have had even greater success, with National wins in Country English Pleasure,
Driving, Park and Western Pleasure. Her son DOMINUS+ is a Canadian National Champion in Country English Pleasure Junior
Horse, while GENTLEMEN+/ has earned three US and two Canadian National Top-10’s in Country Pleasure Driving, and YES
ITS TRUE was US National Reserve Champion Park Horse AAO in 2007 and holds 2013 US National Top-10 titles in Country
Pleasure Driving and Country Pleasure Driving AAO. In total, her offspring have won or placed in 136 championships, including
seven at Scottsdale, six at US Nationals and five at Canadian Nationals.
Both THE HEAT ISON and MISS WISDOM are by WISDOM (*Bask++ x
Wizteria), Dr. Lacroix’s chosen successor to *Bask++. WISDOM was never shown due to a severe colic, requiring surgery, early
in life, but his influence as a sire speaks for itself: he is the sire of 15 US, Canadian and Youth National Champions and
Reserve Champions and an additional 45 Top-10 winners. True to their heritage, his offspring are highly athletic, extravagant
movers, excelling in saddle-seat and driving divisions. His most accomplished son, GOOD THUNDER+/, has won eight US
National Champion titles: three in Pleasure Driving and five in Mounted Native Costume, in addition to being three-times
Canadian National Champion in Arabian Pleasure Driving and once in Informal Combination. He also holds six Reserve
Champion and nine Top-10 titles at US and Canadian Nationals, for a total of 27 National placings! Another son, MR WISE
GUY+// has placed at US, Canadian and Youth Nationals in English Pleasure and Native Costume, taking the titles of 2000
Youth National Champion Arabian English Pl JO 14-17 and 1992 US National Champion English Pleasure Junior Horse, plus
four Reserves and five Top-10’s. Including the above, 12 of his offspring have placed five or more
times in National shows and their successes are not confined to saddle-seat and driving.
In 2005, his son CIRCUMSTANCE was named Youth National Third-Level Dressage
Champion in the JT 17 & Under division and Top-10 in Second-Level JT 14-17, and, in 2001, earned a Top-10 in the Show
Hack JO 17 & Under division. Likewise, WISDOM daughter BASK SYMPHONY+ holds two Youth Nationals Top-10’s in Arabian
Regular Working Hunter JT 17 & Under, and another son, INFINITELY WISE, took the 1991 Canadian National Reserve
Champion title in Arabian Western Pleasure. His offspring have proven themselves as excellent youth horses, with 14 holding
titles at Youth Nationals. In addition to those already mentioned, TJ OMNISCIENT+/ has taken eight Top-10 titles in Trail
divisions at Youth and Canadian Nationals, WISE TO LOVE+ earned five Top-10 placings in Western Pleasure 13 & Under and
KAREDIN KOSMOS was three-times Top-10 in Western Pleasure at Youth Nationals: once in the 13 & Under division and twice
in the Walk/Trot 10 & Under division.
RSA SIR WISDOM JAMAAL is by the incredibly versatile performance sire
JAKE JAMAAL JCA++// (Jullyen El Jamaal x Von Herte Only One, by Von Herte
Katssuo), who has won numerous championships in Halter, Western Pleasure and Side Saddle. His show record is extensive,
including nine placings at US Nationals, one at Youth Nationals, two at Canadian Nationals and seven in Scottsdale
championship classes. In total, he has competed in 69 AHA-recognized classes, including 38 championships, and has never
been out of the top-10! He is the 2008 US National Champion in the Arabian Ladies Side Saddle Western division and won the
Arabian Western Pl JT 13 & Under Championship at 2011 Youth Nationals, a testament to his tractability and manners, both of
which he reliably passes on to his progeny, 14 of which have won championships in Youth and Amateur divisions. His sire,
JULLYEN EL JAMAAL, is a regional halter champion and Scottsdale winner in Western Pleasure, and is one of the most
successful sons of two-time US National Champion ALI JAMAAL, also 1989 Canadian National Champion and US National
Reserve Champion Stallion.
JULLYEN EL JAMAAL has sired 10 North American National Champions including
ANTHEM V+//, 2010 US National and five-time Canadian National Champion in
Western Pleasure, also twice Reserve National Champion and nine-times Top-10 in the US and Canada. In total, 56 of his
progeny have placed in North American national championships, 79 are regional champions or reserve champions and 111 hold
champion or reserve titles at the class-A level.
With a pedigree including crosses to *Aladdinn, *Bask++, Gdansk+ and *El
Paso, one could predict that VON HERTE ONLY ONE would be both correct and
beautiful and, not surprisingly, she enjoyed a successful show career, starting in Brazil, where she earned two National
Champion titles and a Reserve in Mare and Filly Championship divisions, along with 12 additional Champion and Reserve titles
at Brazilian class-A shows. After her importation in 1998, she was a Region 1 halter
champion in the Arabian Mare Breeding AO division and took blue ribbons in eight of
her 12 additional appearances at halter. Although she had only four foals, three have placed in National Championships, with
successes in Hunter Pleasure, Western Pleasure, Side Saddle and Halter. Her son DAVID B JCA (by BRANDON BEY JCA+)
was 2010 Canadian National Top-10 in Arabian Hunter Pleasure AATR 40 & Over and placed in 25 additional Regional and
class-A Championship Hunter and Side Saddle classes including Champion and Top-10 titles at Scottsdale, three Region 2
Reserve Champion titles, plus two Reserves and six Top-5 finishes at Pacific Slopes. Her daughter AUDREY H JCA holds a
2005 Canadian National Top-10 title in the Arabian Two Year Old Fillies Jackpot division as well as being name 2004 Region 3
Arabian Yearling Fillies BreedersSweepstakes Champion and taking Region 1 Reserve titles in the Arabian MaresBreeding
division in 2005 and 2008.
RSA SIR WISDOM JAMAAL’s heritage is rich and deep, thick with Polish lines,
in particular the Ofir sire line, which he carries primarily through his 11 crosses to
*BASK, with additional crosses to WIELKI SZLEM, through 1970 US National Top-10Park horse *WIRAZ++, and CZORT,
through his son, 1975 US National Champion Stallion *EL PASO, out of the superb mare ELLORA. The Egyptian influence
brought  by RUMINAJA ALI, ASWAN and MORAFIC, lend him dry, desert type and refinement, while * EL SHAKLAN also brings
Spanish influence through his dam, the outstanding mare ESTOPA, founder of the Om El Arab breeding program, German
National Champion Mare in 1976 and Salon du Cheval World Champion Mare in 1978.
Meanwhile, CMK influence permeates his pedigree through the influences of, to name just a few, BAY ABI++ through BAY El
BEY++ and HERITAGE MEMORY, who carries the influences of FERSEYN, FADJUR, and early Polish import IWONKA III.
This rich palette of outstanding individuals blends flawlessly to form one exceptional stallion: RSA SIR WISDOM JAMAAL.
